Deliveries

All our jewellery comes in a presentation box, and can be gift wrapped free of charge. Orders can be delivered to a different address if necessary.

All items are delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery which is insured and trackable.

There is a postage and packaging charge of £7.00 within the UK , which will be added to your order.

For delivery outside the UK the postage and packaging charge will vary depending on the place of delivery, value and the weight. We use Royal Mail Airsure for our deliveries worldwide and Federal Express for some U.S.A deliveries requiring quicker delivery. All our posted items are insured for their time travelling.

We will send you an email no later than 24 hours after receipt of your order as confirmation. If the goods are not immediately available we will inform you of the expected delivery times in the order confirmation email. All queries and emails will be answered within 48 hours. 		t
